IPL 2021: Harbhajan Singh Confirms His Exit From Chennai Super Kings; Fans React To Cricketer’s Big Announcement
Indian cricketer Harbhajan Singh confirmed the news of him not playing for Chennai Super Kings anymore, in the Indian Premier League 2021. The cricketer confirmed the news in his latest tweet. In his tweet, he mentioned that his contract to be on board for Chennai Super Kings has come to an end and thanked the team for the great experience he had during his association with them. He also shared that while he made some great memories to cherish, he also made some friends.

On the end note he thanked the team owner, management, staff and wished them luck for the forthcoming years. He tweeted, “As my contract comes to an end with @ChennaiIPL, playing for this team was a great experience..beautiful memories made &some great friends which I will remember fondly for years to come..Thank you @ChennaiIPL, management, staff and fans for a wonderful 2years.. All the best.” Harbhajan in 2020 did not play for the team and has confirmed his absence from the tournament due to his personal reason.

His tweet further read, “Dear Friends I will not be playing IPL this year due to personal reasons.These are difficult times and I would expect some privacy as I spend time with my family.  @ChennaiIPL CSK management has been extremely supportive and I wish them a great IPL Stay safe and Jai Hind.” This announcement of the cricketers got his fans reacting to it. Harbhajan debuted in IPL by playing for Kings XI Punjab, followed by the cricketer playing for Mumbai Indians. Singh played for Mumbai Indians till 2017, during his association with them, the team won 2013, 2015 and 2017 IPL tournament. Later, he played for Chennai Super Kings. And, during his tenure with the CSK team, they won the 2018 tournament.
